The first full week of April 2027 belongs to golf. The Masters Tournament returns to Augusta National Golf Club in Augusta, Georgia, from April 5 to 11: three practice days, the Par 3 Contest on Wednesday, and four tournament rounds from Thursday to Sunday. If one of you has always wanted to see it in person, this could be the spring trip you plan together.
Masters Week 2027 at a Glance
- Practice rounds: Monday to Wednesday, April 5–7, 2027

Augusta National sells its own tickets through an annual application, and the 2027 application window has already closed. A travel package is another way to be there: each one is built around the round you choose, with your tickets, hotel, course shuttles, and on-site hosts handled together.
What a Masters Package Includes
Masters packages are priced by the round you attend, from a single practice round to all four tournament rounds. Packages include:
- Tickets for the round or rounds in your package (practice or tournament)
- Your choice of hotel (see the options below), with free daily breakfast at the Home2 Suites and Sheraton
- Shuttles to the course in the morning and back in the afternoon
- Hosts on site during your stay
- A commemorative program, plus a custom ticket holder and lanyard
- A personalized itinerary and help with the details before you go
- All taxes and service charges
For a more indulgent week, you can add premium hospitality just steps from the main entrance to Augusta National: gourmet food throughout the day, a premium open bar, private outdoor patios, and large LED screens so you don’t miss a shot, all in a climate-controlled building. If that sounds like your style, we can add that in to your Masters Week Experience.

Where You’d Stay
Masters week hotel options range from practical to a full resort escape:

- Sheraton Augusta Hotel: a full-service hotel in Augusta, with breakfast included.
- The Ritz-Carlton Reynolds, Lake Oconee: a lakeside resort about an hour and fifteen minutes from Augusta. It’s the romantic pick for couples who’d trade a longer drive for a resort stay.
- Private executive homes: an option for groups or couples traveling with friends.
2027 Package Rates
Packages start from $7,590 per person, based on double occupancy, with taxes included. Rates are as of October 2026 and can change before booking.
Making It a Golf Trip for Two
Masters week isn’t only for the golfer in the relationship. April in Georgia is spring at its best, and a resort base like Lake Oconee gives the non-golfer something to look forward to as well. A few ways couples shape it:
- Pick your days. Practice days run Monday to Wednesday, with the Par 3 Contest on Wednesday. Tournament days (Thursday to Sunday) are the main event. Start with a single practice round or plan for the whole week.
- Play a round yourselves. Want tee times at area courses? We can add that in to your Masters Week Experience.
- Celebrate something. A milestone birthday, a retirement, or an anniversary: this is a bucket-list gift for the golf fan you love.

Good to Know Before You Ask
- Payment: under current package terms, a 50% deposit is due at booking and the balance is due 90 days before travel.
- Availability: availability and pricing can change before booking, so if April is on your list, ask sooner rather than later.
- Independent: Steph’s Treks is not affiliated with Augusta National Golf Club or the Masters Tournament. Augusta National sells its own tickets through masters.com.
