How do I start planning my trip?
Simply reach out through the contact form or give me a call at 813-344-4013. We’ll set up a complimentary consultation to talk through your vision and what matters most to you.
How does pricing work?
Every trip is quoted individually. Your proposal will show exactly what’s included so there are no surprises. I don’t charge planning fees. Suppliers pay my commission, so my help costs you nothing extra.
What is the booking process?
Once we finalize your plans, I’ll provide a detailed itinerary and pricing. A deposit secures your booking, followed by final payment according to each supplier’s schedule. I’m here to assist every step of the way.
Can I make changes to my itinerary?
Yes. Plans change, and I’ll work to adjust your itinerary wherever possible. Changes are subject to each supplier’s policies, which I’ll explain before you book.
Do you recommend travel insurance?
Strongly. Travel protection can cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies and delays. I’ll walk you through options suited to your trip.
Can you accommodate dietary needs and special requests?
Absolutely. Share any dietary needs, accessibility requirements or celebrations when we plan, and I’ll communicate them to every supplier on your itinerary.
